Worked on the LNER pitch while at Havas Helia, contributing to an integrated campaign centred around the “More Freedom, My Way” platform and the Eleanor character.

The work

  • Contributed to the development of an integrated campaign concept

  • Worked on the “More Freedom, My Way” customer journey

  • Mapped communications across the full journey, from booking through to travel and post journey engagement

  • Developed ideas for email and SMS touchpoints to support and enhance the travel experience

  • Explored ways to bring the LNER Perks loyalty scheme to life in a more engaging and interactive way
